The research scholarship is available to post-graduate researchers in any discipline (who hold a master’s degree as a minimum) who are planning to come to Switzerland to pursue research or further studies at doctoral or post-doctoral level. Host Institution(s): One of the 10 Swiss cantonal universities, the two Swiss federal institutes of technology or public teaching and research institutes. Scholarship inclusions: The scholarship covers CHF 2,450 per month to cover basic living expenses for one person and some additional benefits such as: health insurance, one time grant of CHF 600 for rental deposit, half-fare travel card, return flight allowance (from non-EU/EFTA countries).
